raneo is a studio producing short-form video ads for online stores and brands. The work is made first for the Saudi market and in Khaleeji dialect, and we take orders from clients wherever they are.

Commercial registration is in progress. We display no registration or VAT number until it is complete. Billing runs through a licensed invoicing partner, which issues a proper invoice with every order.

We produce short vertical video ads using AI tools, ready to publish on TikTok, Snapchat and Meta platforms.

The number of ads, stills and revision rounds depends on the package shown on the site at the time of your order.

Submitting the form is a request, not a binding contract. A contract forms when we confirm acceptance of your order and receive payment.

We may decline any order without giving reasons, in which case anything you have paid is refunded in full.

Prices are shown in Saudi riyals and cover only what the package lists.

Payment precedes production. Any taxes or fees charged by the payment provider or invoicing partner appear on the invoice.

If you are outside Saudi Arabia, the payment provider may charge you in another currency. Exchange-rate differences and transfer fees are on the paying party.

We agree a delivery date with you when we confirm the order. It runs from the point at which both of the following are complete: payment is confirmed, and we have received everything we need from you — photos, product description, and the details of any offer.

If materials arrive incomplete or unclear, the clock starts when they are complete.

A date can occasionally move for production reasons. If it does, you hear it from us before the deadline rather than after, and we agree a new one with you.

Starter includes no revision rounds. Growth includes one. Scale includes two.

A round covers reworking the script, the hook or the edit within the scope of the original brief. It does not cover changing the product or replacing the concept entirely.

Regardless of your package or how many rounds remain: if something in the video is clearly wrong in a way that makes it look unreal, we fix it at no charge.

We do not offer cash refunds once production has started. Concerns are handled through revision rounds and through the commitment in the section above.

If we have not yet started production, or if we decline your order, you are refunded in full.

This section does not affect any non-waivable right granted to you under the law that applies to you.

You own them. Once payment is complete, the delivered videos are yours outright and permanently. Use them in paid ads, on your own accounts, on any platform, with no time limit and no additional fee.

In return, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to show the work we made for you as part of our portfolio: on this site, on our social media accounts, and in presentations to prospective clients.

We normally ask before publishing, but that is not a condition of the licence.

You may ask us at any time, and without giving a reason, to remove your work from all of our channels, and we will. Write to raneo.studio@outlook.com.

You are responsible for owning, or being licensed to use, the photos, logos, trademarks and product names you send us.

Do not send us material belonging to a brand you neither own nor represent.

If a third party brings a claim because of material you supplied, that claim is your responsibility.

The people appearing in these ads are AI-generated. They are not real, and they do not represent actual customers or users of the product.

TikTok, Snapchat and Meta require AI-generated content to be disclosed. Applying that disclosure when you publish is your responsibility.

Do not use the videos in a way that presents them as a genuine testimonial from a real user.

We do not produce ads for anything unlawful in Saudi Arabia or in your own country, nor for tobacco, alcohol or gambling, nor for unproven medical or therapeutic claims, nor for misleading content.

We may stop any order found to breach this.

We collect what you submit in the form: name, mobile number, email, business name, product details, and the photos you upload.

We use it for one purpose: fulfilling your order and contacting you about it.

Photos are held in private storage that is not publicly accessible, and only our team can view them.

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

Data is processed and stored on servers that may sit outside your own country. By submitting the form you agree to that.

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time via raneo.studio@outlook.com.

We do not guarantee any particular advertising result. How an ad performs depends on your product, your pricing, your market and your campaign setup — none of which are within our control.

Our liability in any event does not exceed the amount paid for the order in dispute.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when the order was confirmed, and the last-updated date appears at the top of this page.
